Determined that the ducting was NOT an issue - either a faulty sensor or age issue in the dryer. Tech spent about 15 minutes, gave me he assessment and then refused any payment! Highly recommended!

Very grateful to Air Pro for tackling a short-notice ductcleaning job. Removed all the gnarly debris and pet odor from the previous homeowners, so now I can enjoy clean air as I settle in to my new home!
Denise was great about responding promptly and working me into the schedule. My tech Simon was fantastic: nice guy, hard worker, and took time to explain the work and answer questions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin, we would like to provide a free estimate to determine the scope of the project. Following the estimate, we give customers the price upfront and if they are happy with the quote, we can begin work immediately
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I (Ron) and Eden have been in the air duct cleaning business for more than eight years. We learned all kinds of systems and cleaning techniques. In this day and age, we can say we have the most advanced technology and efficiency, and we are improving every day (:
