h toom from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. to do our backsplash, wich was fine, but by the time he left he was rushing and there are defibte ssues we saw in tge light the next day. Te tile had lots of grout tgat dried on it, permanent marker on some tiles and the wall, sharb metal bar edging that ends under our light switch and isn't long enough so doesnt go all the way down to the counter. It's also coming away from the wall in one area. He was very nice, but we assumed based on Thumbtack saying he had been vetted he was a tile pro and based on reviews, but the tile looks like we did ourselves.
