They did show up to get details and look at the site. It took several days to get 1 of the 2 estimates. Still never received the 2nd estimate. Update: They did send the 2nd estimate a few days later. We are declining to go with this Pro moving forward. I think Thumbtack should have a way to balance out reviews for pre-hire and post-work as this review is not due to actual work performed.

Terrible company. Hired to redo a bbq area including concrete work. Concrete work was terrible and their brick work was even worse. They cut my quartz countertop without permission and then abandoned the job. Do not hire!
