Great service! He was very focused on finding and fixing the issue. Very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue promptly. He took a video from under the dishwasher to show me exactly where it was leaking. He explained everything very well. He brought and installed the replacement part the next day. Very easy to communicate with, and very respectful of our property too. I would not hesitate to call this company again if I have other appliance problems.

We had an emergency with our refrigerator and freezer. All Appliance asked all the right questions up-front (before the visit) and arrive the next day with the Correct Replacement parts! They essentially troubleshot the issue remotely and showed up knowing what to fix. They got it right and I will definitly use them again!

Ramon, was awesome! He looked at our freezer/fridge and showed us what the issue was. He told us how much it would be to get a new compressor and gave us some options. He came back the very next day to install our new compressor and he checked in with us the next day to make sure everything was up and running. Ramon was very friendly and stayed til the job was completed. He cleaned up any mess he had and let us know what we needed to do to help our fridge not go on the fritz again. 😁
