- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every customer gets their first consultation free. After that it will be $150 for a consultation, but if you end up using our staging service we will put that $150 towards the total cost of the stage. Our listed prices are the starting prices for a 30-day staging contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start by booking a consultation with the client. Our consultations are on-site, where we walk the property and go over what we would be bringing in and how we would stage the property. We will write up a full staging proposal and send it within 24 hours of walking the property. At which point the client will decide if they want to book us for staging.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have combined 4 years of staging experience.
