I cannot say enough good things about this staging company! They staged one of my listings in Spanish Fork, and the transformation was incredible. We had Clove stage our house in Lehi. Per our request they came outside business hours to accommodate getting the house staged quickly. They were very professional in setting up. But most of all we were blown away with how great the staging looked! Thanks to the great Staging,We got two offers within four days and got under contract in less than a week. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every customer gets their first consultation free. After that, it's $150 for a consultation, but if you end up using our staging service we will put that $150 towards the total cost of the stage. Our initial contract term is 30 days, and when you extend your contract term, the price drops to 30% of the initial contract price!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can give you a rough cost estimate based on description or photos of the property, but we typically need to book a consultation where we will come walk the property to get an official quote. Our consultations are on-site, where we walk the property and go over what we would be bringing in and how we would stage the property. We will write up a full staging proposal and send it within 24 hours of walking the property. At which point the client will decide if they want to book us for staging.
