I had a very good experience with Painter1. Isadora made the entire process much easier. She was comfortable to work with, explained everything clearly, and did an excellent job coordinating the schedule.
The crew prepped and painted the entire house in just five days. The house was still an active project when they arrived, and they handled several preparation details I had not completed. Considering the size of the job and the quick turnaround, I was very pleased with how efficiently they managed everything.

Davidson was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Their quotes were detailed and clearly itemized, which made everything easy to understand. They also helped adjust parts of the project to save us money by focusing on what actually needed painting instead of what didn’t.
They sent a great crew, Hugo and his wife Jessica, who were both incredibly hardworking, thorough, polite, and considerate.
I’ll admit, I’m very OCD and a bit of a perfectionist, so I was nervous before and during the early stages of having my house interior painted. But Davidson and Hugo were very understanding and patient in addressing all my concerns.
My advice to anyone starting a paint project: remember that it can feel like a bit of a war zone at first, so stay calm. Once most of the work was done and the prep mess was cleared, I could really appreciate how great everything looked. Hugo did an excellent job cleaning up and touching up details, and the result was perfect.
I would have posted pictures, but I failed to get before and after photos as I am due for a knee surgery. Take my word though, I am happy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing always depends on:
1. Type of job: repainting, new construction, etc
2. Repainting jobs: Holes, patches, cracks
3. Surface type: Some surfaces require special kinds of paint with prices varying.
4. Other factors affecting price: Furniture moving, covering floors, carpet and the ceiling height.
** We offer promotions almost every month. Ask us about your monthly promotion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally make an appointment to meet with you for 30 minutes. The appointment is for us to understand your project needs and answer any questions you may have.
We will measure all areas to be painted and offer suggestions. We are unable to offer color consultations but can show you color trends.
All bids are send via email to the customer.
Once our bid is approved, we will set a project start date with a 30% deposit.
