Bryan at level up was great to worth with. He and his entire team had great communication from start to finish. They installed a new vinyl fence, completely removed all my old sod and redid sprinkler system and leveled it so nice with new sod and a new concrete walkway. I am thrilled with the result. I had other concrete work done in backyard and theirs was by far superior! I will be using them for more work in the future for sure!

Had a fence and stem wall installed. Overall I am pleased with the work performed and the punctuality of getting the work completed. There was a few issues with the gates and with some of the finishing work. Bryan the owner listened to my concerns and kept to his word and fixed the issues. That is all you can ask for in my opinion. As a manager/owner you cannot control everything your crew does but you can make things right when your crew falls short and that is exactly what Bryan did.

Update: After they realized that somehow I got missed, they were on it. I received great communication. When they came to the house it was a really pleasant experience.I inquired with this company about getting an estimate for work. They responded quickly to many emails and asked me to send pictures. After doing all this they just stopped responding. I figured after all the good communication at the beginning they would just open and tell me they didn't want to or couldn't do the job if that was the case but they just stopped communicating. I liked the way things were going with them so I told other no. Now I guess I get to start the process again.

LevelUP Concrete demo-ed our existing wood exterior stairs that needed to be replaced, and poured new concrete steps that turned out beautifully. They were quick to respond to my initial call and came for and estimate and bid within days. They were very professional and communicated consistently and clearly through the entire job. Their team was also able get the work done sooner than anticipated, which was fabulous! Clean up was also quick and very thorough. Definitely will use them again for future concrete jobs. A+!
