My yard was a total mess, especially the back part of the back lawn. You wouldn’t recognize it now after they mowed, trimmed and edged it. They even plugged up a hole in the fence where a neighbors dog was getting through! They were both very pleasant and courteous as well. They’ve gained a loyal customer today.

I was charged a “long grass fee” the first time which I understand. But they came back to mow again and charged me the long grass fee AGAIN which there was none. I see my next payment next week I am already going to be charged that fee again! I have already discussed this with an agent. It took a lot to talk my husband into this. Now it is a disaster **Update*^ Megan from LawnStarter reached out to me and was able to completely rectify the situation. I am so incredibly pleased and impressed with her professionalism and ability to smooth out the situation. I now feel confident, recommending LawnStarter to anybody interested in excellent lawn care service.

We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
