I can't say enough about Troy and the work he does. I'm lucky to have found him. It's not like any other lawn care provider I've ever had work on my yard let alone any other company I've seen do work on any yard. Most companies show up, and a crew rushed through mowing and trimming the yard and are out of there as quick as they came. Not with Troy. At first I was worried because he didn't arrive at the time I expected, but I soon saw why. You don't get a rushed job by a crew, you get very personable work done by a guy that knows his stuff. Like your own Gardner in many ways. He treats your property as though it was his own, paying attention to detail and never in a rush to simply mow and trim. After the first visit he had our yard looking better than it had in ages. By the mid season we had a yard I never expected. I found that he trys to keep his rates under the going rates and feels that anything above that rate should be up to the customer to decide in the way of tips, this he explained allows him to keep his rates at a point where everyone can have a chance to use his service, that's if you can get on his schedule, which by the way he works from 7am til often 9pm that way he is able to remain flexible and work with most schedules and he swears he does have downtime for him but when I don't know because I now personally know of 4 other households that hired him and they all say the same thing. Trust me if you see that he has availability jump on it, I would be shocked if you ever could be happy with any other crew once you experience the work he does. I'll try getting pics of my yard when I get a chance and upload them for you to see, I wish I had before pictures.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
for basic lawn maintenance (mow, blow, trim, and edging) I charge $0.012 per SQ ft, just over a penny. however I'll often discount that further depending on the job so feel free to ask.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do not enjoy the hurry from site to site to maximize profits. I price my jobs so that I can offer quality and the personal touch. Often times I still beat the competitors pricing.
