Introduction: I am interested in doing yoga with people who want to get healthy and learn about their body while keeping it simple. I've taught yoga for 13 years and am also a yoga therapist. don't be afraid of yoga. It's fundamentally all about breath....so if you can breathe, you can do yoga!!
I just want to meet you, hear how you're doing, breathe with you, move with you, and do yoga together wherever and whenever you can. You and I both know that you always feel better when you do yoga, but finding the time and place to practice is what often stops you. I have a yoga space for in-person yoga sessions, or we can work online through my yoga website (kind of like Skype).
