I used Miracle Movers when I first left the state some years ago, and was impressed beyond belief with Landons professionalism. Now that Ive moved back I of course chose them again. Im floored by how much better even theyve gotten since then. I thought they were already amazing. But its like Tony Stark secured his Avengers. So yea, you already had best, but now you have better (how?!)! Landon certainly knows how to mature a company, like fermenting a grape from the vine to a fine reserve wine, bottom line. His team of professionals, including but not limited to, Bryce, Brian and Thomas, were most exceptional, professional, resourceful and trustworthy. We had questions, they had answers. They were punctual (earlier than us even), swift, and tactful with the handling of our items, especially with the most fragile. More than that, they were cordial, amiable, and just generally fun dudes. It was a pleasure doing business with Miracle Movers. I trust no one else at this point and will decidedly use them again when necessary.

Sean this has to be one of the best reviews we’ve ever received. I can tell you put some careful thought into it. It’s touching and motivating to hear about the growth you’ve noticed from when we moved you during the infancy of my company compared to years later down the road to present day. I Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Landon (Chief Executive Officer)

A brother in law of mine who happens to be elderly and handicapped asked me to help him move from Lehi to Saint George. I set up miricle movers to come in and make the move for us. Worst mistake I ever made. Let me start by saying everything in this house was show room quality like Thomasville and eathon Allen. No kids and not a scratch or nick on anything. After the movers Unloaded at the new house. What a disaster. 16 pieces of furniture and art work was damaged. Some beyond repair. After three months of being lied to by Landon at miricle movers. First it was we will get what can be repaired fixed and go from there. Then it was we will turn it over to our insurance. But insurance won't cover the damages. Said claim is not valid. To now they say they will pay me 60 cents per pound for damaged goods. Wow.i will copy and attach actual email from CFO of miricle movers for you to read. This way should you choose to use Miricle movers you can see exactly how they will treat you and what they think your life long accumulations are worth. Bottom line I would never never use miricle movers and I would never recommend them to anyone. And I see by the other comments I am not the only one to have gone through this. Please read to the end.Hi Dwayne,My name is Amanda and I'm the CFO at Miracle Movers. I apologize for the inconvenience of this situation but do want to thank Don for his business. We have never had a claim like this for damaged items in the history of our business. I've reviewed all the documents sent along with the pictures of the damages. I'd like to correct a statement in your letter, we have always had insurance for our business and have never had a lapse in coverage. The damages were denied under our liability policy as the policy covers property damage (I.e. to the home itself). This whole situation should have gone to our valuation policy from the beginning, this is described in the subsequent paragraph. The receipts provided in your email show that all furniture items were purchased by Don in 2005 and 2006, 15 years ago. The average useful life of furniture when calculating depreciation is 7-15 years which means that based on depreciation the value of these furniture items has significantly diminished over time. All damages to items are nicks and scratches and do not warrant a full item replacement. We will be following our valuation policy which is described below when determining the damage payout for this claim.Attached to the final invoice that was emailed to you on 5/7/2021, there is our valuation policy which is formally called "Released Value" and this is a federal law of our liability limits as a moving company, we are not an insurance company. We may also suggest that homeowner's policies may cover some of this as well if you'd like to look into that with Don on your own accord. As our valuation policy states, our maximum liability is $0.60 per pound per article. Our policy also states that there is a $250 deductible which we are waiving for you. We will only be providing compensation based on this policy for the original items mentioned back in May (headboard, 2 statues, radio, sled table, 2 dressers, 2 lamps, and 2 dining room chairs) which were those that you provided pictures of in May in our texts. We will be compensating the items at $0.60 per pound per damaged article. This is the maximum liability rate required (usually meant for a total loss of an item) but we are giving Don the max valuation even though the damages are cosmetic only. After doing our internal research and putting the original damaged inventory list in our CRM software, which calculates weight, it has been determined the weight of the covered items is 810 pounds. As a result, we will reimburse $0.60 per pound of that amount, coming to $486. This is the maximum payout that Miracle Movers will be providing. A check will be mailed to Don at his St George home within 7-14 business days. If his address has changed, please reply with his new, correct mailing address otherwise we will be defaulting to the address we moved him
Miracle Movers's reply
Hi Dwayne, Thank you for your feedback. We deeply apologize for the troubles and frustrations of your brother-in-law’s experience with our company. Our customers are the heart and soul of our business and it is never in our intentions or ethics to displease anyone that we service. It was mentioned in your review above, that it can be seen that other customers of ours have shared your brother-in-law’s same issue. We would like to clarify that this is simply not true, as this is the very first 1 star review we have received for a job that we have serviced. Our main mission is to leave our customers with a memorable and pleasant experience, each and every time. The proof of this can be evidenced in all of our other Google reviews. Unfortunately, in our line of work, accidents do happen and we do our very best to make things right in these few and far between instances. We follow the federal regulation liability limits of $0.60 per pound per damaged item, which all moving companies local and nationwide also follow. We do have insurance that will cover anything above and beyond that liability limit but due to the cosmetic/surface level scratches (not affecting the form or function) this situation does fall under the valuation method we used that was described in detail in the email that was pasted from our CFO. We apologize for the disappointment this resolution may have caused. Thank you, again, for taking the time to share a review with us.

Our company has used Miracle Movers twice. On both occasions we were very ecstatic with the excellent service we received. Our job entailed moving my parents household possessions to a warehouse & shipping containers. We had a LOT of heavy equipment which my Dad collected over the years. Their crew were very careful and methodical with his possessions, and to his house. They had plenty of movers blankets, dollies, and straps to tie the equipment down to their truck. They relocated the property to three different locations for us. They were on time, careful with his property, and very accommodating to our needs !! Landon the owner, is a great manager and his follow through is impeccable. On one of the moves we had to have it on a specific date and Landon made those arrangements happen, specifically for us. They are VERY honest and diligent. I will use them AGAIN and AGAIN.
