FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Be wary of “Pros” who say their prices vary depending on the project. We charge $500 per songs with all the bells and whistles. We charge $300 for a vocal and one instrument.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process goes as follows: 1. WHAT do you want produced? - An original song you wrote - A cover of a popular song - An original we write for your voice 2. HOW do you want it produced? - Send us a reference song (or two) of a song that you want yours to sound like. We will consider the reference as it concerns instrumentation and arrangement, but the lyrics and melodies on your song will be original. 3. WHEN do you want it produced by? - We will discuss a time frame that works for both of us and then, we will get to work. We will produce your song by the agreed upon deadline at which point you will be allowed to give feedback for revisions. 4. WHERE do you want it published? - We can help you publish your song to Spotify, Apple Music and all other streaming platforms so you can start reaching people and earning money for your music.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a teenager whose bedroom was a “recording studio” I would record friends for the sake of being a part of making music. I became obsessed with the process of taking a song from poetry on a page to pure awesomeness. Over many years of perfecting the craft I have been able to write and produce truly artistic tracks that go beyond the formulaic filler of the modern music industry.
