Chef Ortega brought his “A” game to Lake Powell where he and his team prepared the most amazing food during our 5 days!! We ate like kings and queens. The menus were well thought out and prepared exquisitely! Lake Powell will never be the same!

We had the pleasure of having Chef Ortega and his team as our private chef for our trip to Lake Powell and the experience was unreal! The food was amazing, the service was 5 star hotel quality, and everything was presented beautifully. I can't imagine how difficult it is to pull off such exquisite dishes while on a houseboat, but they did, and made it look easy. I look forward to using them again in the near future.

    My pricing vary from chef services 3 course $125 4 course $145 5 course $165 A 20% gratuity is added to bill for groups over 6

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First we would do a consultation to go over event or service , go over allergies or dietary restriction , finalize menu and deposit .

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Over 8 years in the culinary industry Have been a private chef for athletes , Celebrity's and more . Work with local farmers to bring local ingredients to my guest
