Adam does a fantastic at keeping his participants on task and at a good pace. Each exercise is thoroughly demonstrated by a coached. Then the athletes are coached thru the task several times. Appropriate breaks are taken and fun is always had.

Workouts truly works, I was able to play both ways at a high level during football and did very well due to the agility and speed training. You just have to show up and do and the results will definitely show.
