- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, the first thing that I like to do is give the client a brief introduction of myself. This includes my extensive background which consists of over 13 years of training experience, proof of my personal trainer certification and my bachelor's of science degree to add validation that I am a professional and expert. Following my own introduction, I then proceed to ask a series of questions to the client to get to know them as people and to also learn what their current physcial activity level, whether or not they've ever a personal trainer, if so, how their experience was with having a trainer, and lastly, what goals they are wanting to achieve as well as an exact time frame as far as when they want to see those specific training goals accomplished and realized. I also take the time to learn what their lifestyles and eating habits are like. Gathering all of this information from the client enables me as the body transformation specialist to create a customized and exclusive training/workout and nutrition protocol for each varying client. I always take the time to get to know my clients inside and out because by understanding each person as an individual, I am able to to deliver fast guaranteed results to each client successfully.
