Dog training. She's really good with dogs. She tells them something once and they know that command. Good at showing everyone individually how to get our dogs to do the commands for us.

We all, including the puppy, have LOVED working with Solomon's Dog Training. Leanne was always very easy to schedule appointments with, always was on time and ready to get to work with us. Her suggestions and exercises were extremely effective. After just our first session with her we immediately noticed differences in our puppy's behavior and started to be complimented on her obedience. 10 weeks later we still are practicing all the exercises and the puppy is doing fantastic -- in addition to basic obedience she is also walking off leash, respecting boundaries, and showing off multiple tricks. She was always very observant of our puppy's mood and taught her and us just enough to be manageable for practice until our next session. We never felt overwhelmed or underwhemed by the amount of exercise or "homework". We also responded very well to the way Leanne explained dog brain and why/how certain things were effective or not; we truly learned as much as the puppy did. We would recommend Leanne over and over again, and couldn't be more happy about our decision to work with her!

My husband and I and our furry family just love Amber and all of the pet sitters she provides. She administers medication to out cat (insulin) and treats the dogs as if they were her own. We have three dogs and one cat and they are all spoiled, Amber keeps it that way while we are on vacation. She is great!!

Summer I took my dog Buddy through the transform program. It was hard, a ton of work, there were tears and at times I had lost all hope in my dog. BUT that is because he had soooo many problems. I worked with Winston and he helped me along the whole journey. By the end of the program I had a dog that was perfectly walking, sitting, staying, listening, and had less anxiety. Now a year and half later he is still doing great. This program is not for the faint of heart but it will give you the results that you are looking for. Training is not only for your dog but also for you. I am so happy Buddy and I went through the program and have already suggested it to friend and family. We now have the tools to be happy and understand each other. I love that they have group training classes after you do the program to keep your dog and you fresh on skills and training.

Redemption dog training helped me control my high energy dog. She is now completely off leash reliable and no longer barks at people or other dogs on our walks. Very punctual and you can tell Jasmine is passionate about what she does. She also helped me to socialize my dog because she was being aggressive and protective of me. I love her free group socialization classes they really helped my dog. I am very happy with the steps my dog and I have made, I owe it all to redemption dog training.

We have taken 2 dogs to Innovative K9 Academy and would highly recommend for any and all dog owners to go there for training. The first dog we took to Innovative K9 Academy was a Rottweiler puppy that we brought home when he was 7 weeks old. From the beginning we knew we wanted him to have good, quality training. It became clear to us as he grew that he could quickly become a handful. Not only was he going to be a very large dog, much bigger than any we have had before, but he also had a very stubborn personality. As soon as he was 6 months old, we took him to Innovative K9 Academy for their 5 week boot camp. Dave worked with Merle for those 5 weeks, and kept us updated on his progress. At the end of the 5 weeks, Merle was experiencing a "fear period", and Dave asked to keep him until he could work through that to ensure that Merle was secure, and had a sound grasp on the training and commands that they had been working on. After taking Merle home, we were immediately impressed with the training that Dave had done. He will listen and follow directions given without any of the attitude he had previously. The second dog we took to Innovative K9 Academy is a Chocolate Lab/Border Collie mix, which we brought home when she was around 3 months old. From the time we brought Jeep home, it was clear that she had several issues; she was extremely hyper, neurotic, and scared of anything new or loud. As part of our adoption agreement when we got Jeep, we were required to put her into a basic obedience class, which we did through PetSmart. Jeep was impossible to walk on a leash, always pulling ahead, or hiding behind whoever she was walking with. The basic obedience class was a complete joke to even attempt with her, she was not motivated by the treats, and did not respond to the clicker method of training at all. While all of the other dogs in the class were walking and working on other commands, we would spend the entire class just trying to get her to heel on a loose leash walk, a few steps at a time. As soon as Jeep was 6 months old, we called Innovative K9 Academy to enroll her in their 3 week training program. When we went to pick Jeep up from Dave, it was like she was a completely different dog. She will now walk calmly on a leash, go to, and stay on her bed when asked. One of the most impressive things to us has been how well the dogs respond to commands, not only from my husband and I, but also from our 6 year old. Because of this training, both dogs have become extremely well behaved and caring members of our family.

Even though my issue was not a training issue, Mike took the time to visit with me and my dogs and gave me some advice on the problem I was having. He is caring with the dogs and they trusted him right away. I was very impressed with him and would recommend him to anyone who needs dog training, just by the way my dogs behaved around him.

We just love Julianne and our 4-legged girls love her even more! Julianne takes care of our furry family as if they were her own. She's incredibly responsible, reliable and always sends updates on the crew while we're out of town. We're lucky enough to have found Yes! for pet sitting, while the training results are also amazing. We were out of town for only a few days, upon our return, our girls were well behaved! Amazing. Highly, highly recommend everyone use Yes! Dog Training for all training and pet sitting!!

MVP Dog Training is the best! My 2 year old Border Collie had become very leash aggressive with other dogs and thanks to Alicia, I finally feel like I'm on the right track. I no longer feel like I have to hide Cooper from society because I'm afraid he is going to lose his mind at every little distraction. I will be recommending MVP Dog Training to everyone I know. Her prices were much more competitive than the other quotes I received through Thumbtack, and my experience with Alicia has been amazing. So thankful to have found Alicia and MVP Dog Training!

I love that she offers private lessons in the comfort of your own home at a very affordable price. That's super convenient for me as a pet owner because I don't have to drag my puppy there and back every time he has a training session.

About

I have been working with animals for 12 years on a volunteer basis. The program that I use now is brand new and improved, and no one else in the dog training industry has it in their position yet. It is not only a better more loving problem but I have found it is more efficient during training. Not only do I work one on one with the animals, I work with their families as well. I love both teaching and loving the pets, and working with the owners. I do realize that the price may be high for some people but if you'll try me out I will make it worth your time and money.

About

Thank you for taking a serious interest in getting your dog on the right track through training! I would love the opportunity to be able to work with you and your furry friend during this process. My name is Amy Francis, and I am a professional dog trainer/owner of Paws Forward Dog Training. My methods are based on positive reinforcement training, because simply put -- it works! This approach teaches and encourages your dogs to make good conscious decisions on their own so that you don't have to be a constant reminder for them in the future. This puts the responsibility and pride in the owner's lap because your behavior has a direct attachment to theirs! I offer a custom course which would fit the needs that you list perfectly. I come to your home and teach you hands-on skills for how to manage or change your dog's behavior. We also go in-depth on dog psychology and theory because I feel that it is absolutely crucial for all owners to understand their dogs both inside and out. My initial lesson is $200 which also includes free e-mails and phone calls for the life of the dog. All lessons after that are an hour long for $80/session. It is entirely up to you if you decide that you need more lessons or not. I want to make sure that I am a resource for all of the my clients -- even after I am gone! I train from Mondays to Fridays and am pretty flexible on the times depending on the week.

About

I provide mobile dog training lessons/sessions. I work with the client and/or dog in half to one hour increments.
