- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100 "per session. I don't watch the clock and treat each face to face meeting as a "session" that includes phone reports between sessions. Fees usually work out to about $100 per week; may vary depending on the nature of the issues and desired results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial face to face meeting to identify issues, goals, and desired outcomes. Activities are identified and assigned with "by when" targets. Regular reports by phone assist in identifying nonworking habits and behaviors. I assist clients to correct things that hinder achieving desired results. That is a key part of the expert Experiential Mirror I offer my clients. We have ongoing face to face meetings as needed.

I have over 30 years experience with more than 20,000 clients and participants in experiential programs and coaching.
