How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first became interested in cleaning at home, using a consumer-grade extractor I rented from Walmart. I could not achieve the results I wanted, so I bought my own machine. The results improved, but the furniture and carpets still did not feel truly clean.
That pushed me to study the field more deeply, complete professional training, learn about fabrics and stain chemistry, and invest in professional equipment. I then began cleaning furniture professionally. I especially enjoy difficult projects, finding the right treatment for each stain, and giving worn or vintage furniture a cleaner, fresher appearance and a second life.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my favorite projects was a free Facebook Marketplace armchair that was almost black with dirt and unidentified oily stains. Using my range of professional stain treatments, I selected the right product and completed two cleaning cycles. After several hours, the stains were completely gone, and the chair looked almost new.
