- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is custom made to order, so we have a $150 order minimum ( and two dozen minimum per flavor cupcakes and desserts) *Sit down cake tasting (lasts 45 minutes): $35 *Pick up tasting boxes: $25 **Desserts table catering: $5-$6 per person** Most of our buttercream cakes start at $4.75 a serving Fondant cakes starting at $5 a serving Simple Cupcakes start at $2.50 Detailed Cupcakes start at $3.25 Fondant detailed Cupcakes start at $3.50 SLC valley area delivery $50 Out of the SLC valley area $75
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a client comes to me with the number of guest expected, date, and photos of inspiration or fabric samples. From there we will work together, communicating mostly thru email, to achieve their vision!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-A degree in baking and pastry from The International Culinary Schools of America -15 years industry experience (6 years dedicated to cakes and dessert catering) -ServSafe Certified -Insured by FLIP
