Massage Therapy

Introduction: I am highly trained and skilled in rehabilitative and medical massage. Having worked and studied alongside chiropractors and physical therapists, I have learned to blend the research based aspects of physical therapy with the intuitive and responsive approach of massage therapy. I use a combination of active and passive massage techniques to increase mobility, reduce scar tissue and restriction associated with injury or chronic postural problems, and build better neuro-muscular integration throughout the body. I most enjoy seeing people get their lives back from chronic pain and live-changing injury. To see people come back brighter and more energetic and take their wellness back into their own hands brings me so much joy. I thoroughly enjoy the discovery and unique relationship that we get to build in every treatment and every case because this work is fascinating and thought provoking every day.
