We were really happy with the work Paul and his team did to remodel our shower/tub area! The project took longer than anticipated but the ultimate cost was right in line with the estimate and the team made sure everything was done right, even if it had to be done a second time. Price was right in line with some other estimates we got. They also made friends with our cats and dogs, who loved them! Would recommend and will use them again in the future.

Paul contacted me via the app quickly, and more importantly asked great questions to see if he would be the right fit. The template and estimate process was easy and he was very professional. Pricing and work time were reasonable. He showed up on time everyday and worked easily with me when things changed (2020 earthquake and power outage).
After the project was complete, my husband and I were very pleased with the final result, clean-up and final price. I would highly recommend this contractor.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because of Covid and customers not wanting construction workers in their homes, we are offering a 10% discount on all deck construction during the months of December and January. We will get your deck ready for the Spring time use. Working outside allows us to keep our face to face interactions extremely limited.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit the home and listen to their project ideas. We tour the space and discuss all the options and possibilities that we can come up with together. I try to give rough estimates on the first visit to give them an idea. If they're wanting to go further, then designs are drawn and the budget gets much more specific. Very low pressure and no sales. Just a casual conversation really. I try to answer every question homeowners have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I have a degree in Psychology, my passion is building and remodeling. My dad taught me a lot about remodeling. I flipped a home last year and did almost all of the labor and trades work myself. I taught myself a lot through trial and error.
