Ive been working with Daniel for over five years, and he has been essential for my health and fitness goals. He keeps me focused on what my physical and nutritional needs are, and he is efficient during training time to make sure that I get the most out of my workout. He is also very accessible via text If you have any questions or need feedback during the week. He really is a great guy, And I highly recommend him If you are looking for big improvements in your personal training!

As a 35 year old, exercise adverse mom, I was nervous to try personal training. I didnt want someone bullying me or pushing unsafe regimens on me for aesthetic reasons under the guise of health. Working with Daniel is such a relief. He is a true genius, with an encyclopedic knowledge of the human body, who genuinely only cares about your well being, physically and mentally. And for those of us who might have listened to too much true crime at one pointIve been working with Daniel for months now, Id leave my kids with him. He is not a creep lol! Hes very mindful, I just love working with him!

Hey Laura, Thank you for sharing your personal thoughts and experiences with everyone who may have similar reservations about hiring a male trainer, particularly in a private setting. I am blessed to have the opportunity to get to know you as a person, learn from you and to support you in your health and fitness goals. You are powerful voice, keep it up!

In 2024 I had both knees completely replaced. The surgeries were 4 months apart. I worked with the surgeons PT team for 7 months with little progress. My wife found Daniel and knowing my frustration with my lack of progress, asked me to try working with Daniel before giving up. After just two months I could feel and see the progress. Ive been working with Daniel now for 5 months and feel so much better. Ive made great progress. Even my surgeon encouraged me to keep doing what I was doing. Daniel has been a great blessing.

Sandy is short and aggressive. I only experienced texting with him and it was a horrible experience. This was my first time using thumbtack and I wasn’t sure what to expect or what to ask. Either way, Sandy was incredibly rude and made me realize using trainers from this app is not a smart or safe option.
Sandy Personal Training's reply
Veronica, I am so sorry you unfortunately had a poor experience and did not take the opportunity to have a simple conversation to avoid an unnecessary outcome. Texting stuff to someone you never talked to or me is simply a poor way to initiate trust and warmth. If you simply call rather than insist on training rates without knowing anything about you it would be a pleasant interaction. Furthermore if you read my other reviews you will find that i am not rude at all, i love helping people succeed. I am just excited to see how i may help you achieve your goals and do not want to waste each others time. You may not realize it but your lead via this overcharging app charged me almost $100. It is simply much better to do your research and directly call trainers to get straight forward answers to your specific needs. IMO there are very good trainers here and some that are not. Thank you for this valuable yet unpleasant learning experience. I truly wish you the best. Enjoy your day.
