- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard Pricing is 50 dollars per session. We train month to month and payment is due at the first of the month. Typically my clients opt to train 2 -3 times per week, but have some that train Monday through friday.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time we meet we will discuss your goals and how I can be of service to you. We will talk about why these are your goals and how committed you are to achieving them in the time frame we discuss. We will discuss nutrition and cater a plan to help you either lose the weight or gain the muscle. Most importantly I will run you through a Functional Movement Screen. This allows me to see your fitness level to design a training program that is right for you whether it is rehabilitation, weight loss, performance enhancement, or event training ( such as a wedding). After we have set goals, expectations and talked nutrition , you will come see me the desired times per week and follow the plan of what to do on your own.
