We had a great experience working with The Roofing Center. Matt and Austin were both professional, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process straightforward from start to finish. The crew showed up when they said they would and got the job done efficiently. The roof looks great, and everything was cleaned up nicely afterward. Overall, solid work and good people to work with. Id definitely recommend them.

Came out and helped me find a leak that had no obvious cause after digging into it found the staggering from installation was off and all seams were lined up in a straight line and he sealed seams up with the roofing tar I already had great to meet a honest person in any of the traders made a customer for life

Steve had so much information which answered our questions and demonstrated their good products and their long time experience and the pricing seemed reasonable, so I didn't even get a second opinion. I just went with them. I'm glad I did. They did an excellent job. They did it in one day. They went above and beyond by installing a new whole and vent for a kitchen fan. I had put on new gutters about 3 years before and they left the new rain gutters intact and didn't have to be removed. They even came back and added a rain diverter that got removed during the roofing process and replaced it.All the old flashing around existing vent vents were replaced with new non-rusting flashing.AJ was really great to work with, very accommodating, as was Will, he returned after the job was done to help resolve one concern. (replace rain diverter).

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At The Roofing Center, we believe in offering a fair and honest price to every customer. Instead of charging a flat rate for Sqft on roofing, we figure out the exact components and labor on both replacements and repairs. This helps keep each individual project priced exact.
When one of our technicians comes out they will do a walk of the project and put together a price for you on the spot! If you want to go ahead with the project we can get it booked and scheduled then as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we come out and take a look at the project. We will take the time to look for all damage, document what needs to be done, and then go through the photos and videos with the customer. We then go through our solution and our estimate with them. If it is a go, we can sign paperwork, get any needed material ordered and schedule the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner of The Roofing Center I am a second generation roofer. I grew up working with roofing crews for my father's business, and spent every summer on job sites. As I got older I worked as an installer, and then in the office. I have truly worked in each position in the company and make sure we build each project based around that experience.
