Introduction: My focus is quality and client function improvement. Finding healing and peace with daily practice of yoga with meditation and sound bowls are part of my teaching practice that will help in creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients in person or virtually who are wanting to deepen their practice or are new to yoga in general. It is my ability to help clients and students live their best lives with daily consistent practice. It is for individuals who are feeling pain throughout the day
and cannot get answers from doctors or are trying
to find a more active, healthy lifestyle. Helping clients find their potential in life with simply practicing yoga within my lovely studio or virtually and enriching them with beautiful yoga classes to find serenity, peace, safe haven, inner strength and will that you already knew you had. Practicing daily yoga has transformed my life for the better and it can do the same for you, it is an investment in yourself to better yourself.
Lastly, I graduated with my 200 hour registered yoga teaching certification accredited through the Yoga Alliance at Awaken Studios and Retreats in Midvale in 2020 and have been instructing for three years, but daily practice started in 2013 and have been practicing for about 10 years. Additionally, I am a certified personal trainer- yoga instructor through The National Council of Certified Personal Trainers and I am CPR certified. For the past 10 years I have worked with physical therapists, pain specialists, specialized trauma orthopedics, neurologists and neurosurgeons to help in aiding rehabilitation to clients. It has deepen my knowledge and better understanding about the human body and mind.
