Poor customer service. Didn't fix my appliance after coming out twice and still charged me service fees both times. I still don't have a fixed appliance and when I called to discuss my concerns, the manager was defensive and informed me they did their job and I was just going to need to keep trying different things until we figured out what was wrong. Very disappointed in this company as up to now I have always had good experiences. Will not be using them again.

Steve got out to me within 24 hours of me submitting the request. He was very professional, in fact, I felt very comfortable having him finish up the repair while I wasn't there. He did a great job and I highly recommend him.
