FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to be simple and transparent. I offer both single sessions and discounted packages depending on how often you plan to train. Clients who commit to multiple sessions per week or longer packages receive a lower price per session. This helps create consistency in training, which is one of the most important factors for real progress. I also offer a free discovery session, where we review your goals, assess your current fitness level, and determine the best plan moving forward. This allows you to ask questions and decide if my coaching style is the right fit before committing. My goal is to create options that allow clients to train consistently while staying within a structure that works for their schedule and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start every new client relationship with a free discovery session. This session allows us to understand where you are starting and what the best path forward will be. During this session we focus on three key areas: 1. Body Composition Assessment We collect basic body composition data such as body weight, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, and visceral fat. This gives us a clear picture of your current physical baseline. 2. Movement & Fitness Evaluation We look at how you move and assess your current fitness level. This includes basic movement patterns, strength, and cardiovascular capacity. The goal is to identify any weaknesses, imbalances, or limitations so we can train safely and effectively. 3. Goals & Direction We talk about what you want to accomplish—whether that’s building strength, improving endurance, losing fat, running longer distances, or simply feeling stronger and more confident. After reviewing these three areas, I design a clear training pathway that takes you from where you are now to where you want to be, using structured and progressive training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold several professional certifications in fitness, nutrition, and coaching. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and I also hold a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification, which focuses on evidence-based nutrition coaching and habit development. In addition, I am a Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) Certified Running Coach and a Functional Strength Coach Level 1, which emphasizes proper movement mechanics and progressive strength training. For safety and emergency preparedness, I maintain a Red Cross Adult CPR/AED certification. I also hold a Basic Olympic Lifting certification, which supports my ability to coach foundational barbell movements safely and effectively. I have over 5 years of certified professional coaching experience, and more than 11 years of training experience overall, including my early work in my home country before becoming certified in the United States. Throughout my career I have worked with a wide range of clients, from individuals focused on weight loss and rebuilding confidence with exercise, to those pursuing performance goals such as improving endurance and preparing for races like half marathons.
