Jaime was easy to work with and helped resolve the problems from the demolition and install. I asked for the work to start on a specific day and he agreed. His workers came as scheduled and worked all day without breaks to remove my old patio. I was surprised that the rebar was delivered 5 minutes before the concrete pour started so they frantically set and tied it. His bid included rebar in my new steps which was not done however. I received 4 bids and his was the lowest.

I contacted Jamie in the morning. On the same day, after finishing with the day’s job, he stopped by and gave me a bid, which was reasonable, and was able to start the job within several days. He arrived right when he said he would and finished job with careful cleanup in one day. He responded to my concerns from the outset and offered several helpful suggestions. His work is excellent, showing attention to detail and care. He even went beyond what I had asked. He is a professional and a craftsman.

SK-MAL was excellent. (10’x30’ patio slab). Good price, well organized, Jamie provided good communication with us throughout the project. He had all equipment (sod-cutter, compactor, and concrete hauler) all scheduled and available when needed. Some personnel were on project full time and others came and went as their skills required. Concrete truck and finish workers were well coordinated. Very pleased with the work and cleanup was excellent.

These guys were wonderful! They prepped and pored in one day. Super nice people and did a wonderful job. Definitely some of the best cement work I’ve seen.
