Jaime was easy to work with and helped resolve the problems from the demolition and install. I asked for the work to start on a specific day and he agreed. His workers came as scheduled and worked all day without breaks to remove my old patio. I was surprised that the rebar was delivered 5 minutes before the concrete pour started so they frantically set and tied it. His bid included rebar in my new steps which was not done however. I received 4 bids and his was the lowest.

SK-MAL was excellent. (10’x30’ patio slab). Good price, well organized, Jamie provided good communication with us throughout the project. He had all equipment (sod-cutter, compactor, and concrete hauler) all scheduled and available when needed. Some personnel were on project full time and others came and went as their skills required. Concrete truck and finish workers were well coordinated. Very pleased with the work and cleanup was excellent.

Wow! I’m so impressed with everything from start to finish. Jamie responded promptly to my request for a bid, worked with me on my budget, communicated everything really clearly, did quality work with his team, and even came back 3 days later to clean up and check everything was okay. I had an issue with a sloping fence that I didn’t notice until the concrete was done, So Jamie went to Home Depot and bought some extra vinyl fencing to fix it for me, complementary. Amazing customer service, care, and attention to detail. I’ll be back with my next project!
