On the day of, she helped with anything and everything we asked for and quickly solved the few issues that came up. I had a general idea of what I wanted for the sunset lawn event but within 1 hour of first speaking directly with Emily, she designed and we confirmed for delivery. When she arrived at the venue, she could tell how frustrated I was with the hotel's front desk. She was very calm but firm and simply took over the situation and set-up everything for me!!
