The pricing structure can be a set fee or hourly, which will be a range depending on the issue at hand. We offer the following pricing scenarios: 1. Price per project 2. Hourly Onsite + Travel 3. Hourly In-Shop (you bring to us) at a discounted rate 4. Same day emergency (emergency rates apply)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We discover if we would be a good mutual beneficial I.T. partner for your needs. 2. Our customers then sign our legal disclaimer 3. If applicable, we sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) 4. We schedule a time and take next steps
