Jeremy O. says, "We were having issues with tankless water heaters pulling an E5 error. Kevin came out and looked over our systems and suggested switching out our main valve pressure regulator to a brass one. We’ve done a lot to try and figure out why we were having issues, but didn’t know it could be the regulator. We’ll swap out the regulator and hopefully that will fix the problem. If not, we’ll definitely reach back out to Whipple again. Very good communication from the Whipple team and they were easy to work with."See more

Diane K. says, "I had another company replace my old water heater. After igniting the new heater a terrible rubber smell filled my house. The heater wasn’t drafting. The technician said he didn’t have time to fix the draft turned off the pilot & to call another company. I asked him WHO should I call? He shrugged his shoulders, said a HVAC company & left. I contacted Express Home Services & they dispatched a technician early the next morning for a free estimate. I explained the situation to Rocky (their technician) plus added I had a previous problem with a squirrel getting in the flue. Rocky jumped right in & started dismantling the exhaust pipe, shined his flashlight in the pipe & saw it was blocked. A few screws later there was the squirrel! Due to his determination to solve my problem the other company left me, I gratefully offered to pay a trip charge & Rocky took the squirrel to his final resting place. Thank you Rocky!"See more
