William W. says, "Had an issue with LG refrigerator ice maker. During the initial visit the tech reviewed, dismantled and made a quick repair in hopes it would solve the issue. The “fix” was unfortunately temporary. A few weeks later the ice maker again malfunctioned. I emailed Baseline, on the weekend, and the tech arrived with a replacement that Monday morning. I appreciated the quick response, the initial attempted repair rather than just an immediate replacement, and them responding with a new part first thing. Hopefully we’ll never need them but if necessary they will be the first company I’ll call."See more
