- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.To first meet with the customer and do the correct measurements of the area to be tiled. 2. Give them a bid according to the measurements of tile, grout, and caulking installation. 3. Go over with the customer the contract negotiations and both sign the contract. 4.set up time and dates to start and finish the tile installation project. 5. After the tile installation project is finished have the customer look over the work to ensure 100% job satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have education and training in all waterproofing systems that relate to the tile trade such as Schluter systems and waterproofing membranes as well as drain and slope installation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing tile work in 2006 for a tile company called CC Tile LLC at that time I was 25 years old looking for a different job other that working in hotels that were taking me nowhere so jerry Coates the owner decided to give me a chance and it all worked out I worked for him 10 years then decided to go get my contractors and business license and go into business for myself I love turning an old bathroom or kitchen into a new shiny tile work of art.
