A friend of mine told me about Sears Duct Cleaning Service and I made an appointment through their website. The technician came to my townhouse and increased the price by 900% as compared to the quote I got online. I wasnât interested to negotiate for better deal since he was there for my money, not to provide professional service. So I informed him to leave and he was mad to the point to mess-up my furnace.
Afterwards, I reached out to C&C Home Services and spoke with Giovanni. He was very professional, polite, and respectful. I am so glad that I was able to get in touch with him. The service he provided was excellent. He was on-time and willing to answer all my questions. Besides, his price was fair and reasonable. My neighbor came to greet me and spent a few minutes with us and he was impressed by his work and he hired him on the spot. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs a duct or dryer vent cleaning service. Mr. Giovanni, thank you for being honest and professional.

The 2 people that cleaned my windows were very polite and pleasant. Most of the windows were cleaned well. A few were left hazy. I think we had a miss-communication about the sills. I asked them to be cleaned as well, yet they were only vacuumed and not actually cleaned. It was a big job, storm windows were also cleaned, and overall they did a good job. It was a good job for the price!

Sent a description regarding my issue on Thumbtack, yet received a quote for only one portion of it. While dialoguing on the phone to get clarity on why the quote didn't encompass the full description, I was asked if I wanted to pay a higher rate for a diagnosis
than what was quoted (obviously I wouldn't) then Cesar hung up on me. I won't mention that his initial response had the wrong name in it. Nevertheless, the experience speaks for itself and is indicative of a business that has horrible customer service/and not a bright future. I will be sure to communicate my experience to my vast network.
