- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices go from high-end to more affordable level. Essentially, we like to work with our prospective client to get to where they would like to be, offering the most competitive pricing in the DMV area. We also have close relationships with our materials vendors allowing us to pass discounts down to our customers that most of our competitors are not able to offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule a site visit in order to speak directly with the client about their project goals. During the site visit we will also take measurements. Once we have a clear picture about what the client wants to do and we have measurements, we then prepare and send a free project estimate/proposal for the client's consideration. Once the client accepts our estimate/proposal, we schedule a start date for the project. We are very responsive throughout and welcome any and all questions for the clients as that is what we are here for!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of combined hands-on training and experience in residential remodeling. We have worked both in the commercial and residential fields.
