I was looking for a data analyst/statistician job. Bruce had done some research and before I got there he had a few recommendations for me. He did an amazing job of listening and making me feel comfortable taking about myself. He was very professional and did not look at the clock once or set a time limit. After sitting down with him he even offered future help with editing and asked me to let me him how it goes, which really showed me that he cares about his customers. My only small complaint is that he is a big talker and can ramble on a bit, but often times he would drop gems about the inner workings of the industry which were invaluable to a new graduate like me.
