- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client has the opportunity to earn discounts based on their usage during each calendar month! Discounts on all services are based on the number of items invoiced during a calendar month. Our system will automatically adjust the amount owed as service items are added or removed during the calendar month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very best way to get started as a new client is to give our office a quick call so we can learn about your specific needs and provide a custom price quote. Our Pet Care Coordinators are available daily from 8a to 6p, 365 days per year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our Pet Care Providers is a W2 employee, background checked and bonded. They receive upfront and ongoing training and have neighborhood supervisors who provide support.
