I had the pleasure of working with Martin and his foreman, Gerardo, to renovate my 1-bed, 1-bath condo, and I could not recommend them more.
From start to finish, Martin and his team were prompt, responsive, and extremely helpful with materials, design suggestions, and scheduling. Their transparency made the entire process stress-free — every day began with a clear plan, and any issues or delays were communicated immediately and resolved quickly.
I had several last-minute changes and moments of uncertainty, and Martin never once complained. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail matched my vision.
Their workmanship was exceptional. They removed the popcorn ceilings, swapped out every electrical outlet, installed new light fixtures, upgraded the electrical panel, rebuilt the bathroom ceiling and walls, retiled the entire bathroom, installed a new shower kit and plumbing, added exterior venting ductwork to the kitchen and bathroom, installed a microwave vent hood, mounted the TV, and replaced all the door hardware.
When issues arose with our appliance installer, Martin’s team stepped in immediately. They repaired the walls ahead of installation, installed the washer/dryer themselves, swapped out two AC units, and made sure everything was perfect before closing out the project.
I’ve already recommended Martin and his crew to friends and family, and I will absolutely be hiring them again for any future work.

Andes contracting, helped me with a total renovation of my bathroom with a competitive price, great communication, and attention to detail. I was not sure I could afford my renovation after getting a few quotes for overpriced contractors. Luckyly, a friend suggested Andes contracting, and hiring them was the best decision I made. They offered very transparent pricing, with the option to purchase items from different sources. Martin was great at communicating timelines, so I was able to make purchases and coordinate deliveries flawlessly. It was less work and less stress than I was expecting! His team has a great work ethic and attention to detail. They provided suggestions on sizes that could work better in my space, and I appreciated their input and expertise on material quality. The close communication allowed for flexibility with small changes that made the results better. They did a great job protecting my hardwood floors and left the place as clean as they found it. I highly recommend them!

Andes contracting was responsive and on schedule, which was very important for this job. I needed part of a kitchen removed so that plumbers could get access to a resting and leaking pipe. I recently hired Andes Contracting to frame my detached garage, install the roof trusses, siding, windows, doors, and complete the roofing work. I could not be happier with the results.
From start to finish, they were extremely professional, punctual, and easy to work with. They followed the contract exactly as agreed, communicated well throughout the project, and consistently showed up when they said they would. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do.
One thing I especially appreciated was that they were very fair throughout the job and did not overwhelm me with change orders, which is unfortunately rare these days. They provided outstanding value for the quality of work performed.
