On January 11th 2021, I contacted Walter about a problem. A window A/C unit was installed without a proper frame to keep out moisture. It still is not fixed. Meanwhile, rain, sleet and snow have caused great concern of possible mold, and mildew for me as a homeowner. On Monday, 2/22/21, Walter sent out Eric to address the problem. Eric told us he was going to Lowe’s to get some items and we haven’t seen nor heard back from him since.
I don’t expect this quality of work from Class A contractors. Walter is capable of good work. He’s done a great job on some other projects for me, but this job fell through the cracks. I’m not happy.
