- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive with similar companies and our craftsmanship is guaranteed for one year. There may be times (depending on the time of the year) that we are able to offer discounts to our new customers. Please feel free to inquire when reaching out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make our process as simple as possible for our customers. 1. We allow our customers to choose a method of communication 2. We provide a quote/price right away (if we are able to determine the scope of the work without a site visit) 3. If customer decides to proceed with us to do the project, we email them a Service Agreement
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My brother has been doing this type of work for over 25 years for custom home builders, architects, engineers, homeowners and construction companies. He specializes in custom and complex tile and flooring installation and patterns. He does the installation and I do the logistics and communication with our clients.
