Introduction: I appreciate the opportunity to introduce Archiquest, Inc. The company was formed to provide general building contracting services and subcontract work in the residential, commercial and industrial projects. Archiquest, Inc. is licensed in the state of Virginia for building construction in class A. This enables the company to perform work in access of $120.000.00 in building projects. I was trained as an architect/interior designer, and I have been involved in building construction since 1970. We take pride in the fact that all jobs have been completed on time, to budget, in a safe and professional manner. The most fundamental part of Archiquest, Inc is its employees. We pay attention to details and care about job quality. We take the extra step to ensure correctness of work. Open communication and teamwork between management and field personnel play a significant role in our success. All work will receive my personal attention. I will provide job site management, construction scheduling, and continuous communication with your company and other subcontractors. It is my goal as well as the goal of Archiquest employees to give our customers the best job possible. We have a handyman department that handles all little jobs, thus no job is too small or too big for us to handle professionally. Thank you for your time.
