I can’t say enough wonderful things about Vilma’s Family Cleaning services! They’ve been my go-to cleaning support for a few years now after trying various other options in the area. I’m so grateful to have found them! They are patient, compassionate, and very thorough! I’ve used them for standard cleanings, deep cleanings, and a move-out clean, and have always had an excellent experience. After the move-out clean, my former landlady asked for their contact info because they did such an excellent job! Most recently, I needed help with resetting my new apartment after the clutter after moving had gotten to be too much for me to navigate on my own. The team came in and were so kind, quick, and did a fabulous job! I feel like I can breathe in my own home for the first time in months! I’m so grateful for their help and care! They’re total game changers!

If you need a good, deep cleaning done look no further. These ladies came in and got straight to work. I was so impressed with their punctuality and their kindness! They also took all of my goodwill bags, and a lot of items I was going to donate which saved me so much time and trouble. The apartment looks better than when we first moved in. I will be hiring them to come and clean again in the future and would recommend them to anyone I know!!

Our pricing is specific to the client's needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process typically is we will reach out and discuss further details; then we will go over specifics, such as, if the client has any specific requests or specific products they do not prefer. For example, harsh products such as clorox, easy off ect.; thereafter, if the client agrees to our pricing we will book the date for us to come and clean; moreover, if the client has any questions along this process we are more then happy to answer them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our small business is family operated. I have over 30 years of experience in cleaning. I started cleaning with a cleaning company and branched off on my own and have been cleaning since.
