Quoted job: $1500. While awaiting HELOC, Erika impatiently demanded money. She wanted half upfront. HELOC finally came, but Zelle did not work multiple times. I had to piecemeal $450 to her. She accused me of "playing with her time" and kept my $450 deposit! She gets to keep my $$$ because my bank is struggling with their third-party service??? Please be patient with clients, or fire them and give them their deposit back, if you don't want/need their business!!!
