Jackson's company was linked to UHaul. When I saw the outstanding ratings, I decided to give them a try (after contacting several others). The high raters are well justified. My appointment was at 9:00; they arrived around 8:45. Jackson and Dave introduced themselves and then started to work. They were both extremely professional and polite. (Great personalities, by the way). They were extremely well organized and were constantly moving. They did not stop until the work was completed. It took about three hours for them to load the truck (having to move through a very long hallway), unload it at the new apartment and then even place large furniture and boxes in the location I needed them to be. I am 71 years old and during my time, customer service was given. But, unfortunately that has changed over the last several years. But, with Jackson's Moving Service, I was extremely satisfied and so pleased to receive such great service. Would definitely use again if needed, and gladly recommend them to anyone who needs a great moving company. The name speaks for itself..."Quality" Moving Service.Thank you so much Jackson and Dave!

Finally getting settled and just had to write this review for Jackson's Quality Moving Service (JQMS). When I initially contacted Jackson about my move he emailed me the particulars and stayed in touch until the date of the move. I was also able to contact him when necessary and receive an almost immediate response.First, let me explain that this was a 4 part move. My husband had a 2 bedroom apartment loaded in Atlanta and drove the truck to Arlington. This is where JQMS took over and loaded another 2 bedroom apartment in Arlington onto the truck. From Arlington JQMS unloaded some furniture from Atlanta and some from Arlington in our new Alexandria apartment. They then had to unload the balance in a storage facility. Sounds exhausting and it was. It was a 7 hour job, but Jackson and his 2 other movers handled the job like the professionals that they are. We would have never been able to do this without them and the price was unbelievable!!! I'm sure it would have cost 3 or 4 times more than we paid. JQMS is locked in my contacts for my next move in about a year and for all my friends that require expert movers. Thank you, thank you, thank you JQMS for a great job!!!

There are not enough superlatives to describe my experience with Jackson and his crew. It was a last minute decision to hire help (literally, the morning of our move). My husband insisted he and his grumpy ol men friends could handle loading the truck, fortunately, he married a wise woman who thought one of the most effective uses of our income was to hire some younguns to aid in the process. After our experience with Jackson, even hubs was happy to have spent the money. Jackson has to have been a Tetris master back in the day. The way he skillfully arranged our 90+ boxes, in addition to the furniture, was a sight to behold. I am certain hubs and company would have needed to arrange for a second moving truck if I had let them have a go at it. The service was incredible, their attitudes were so positive! It was 92* and desperately humid, but they worked quickly and with a smile. Seriously, as much as I hate packing up for a move, my experience with Jackson and his guys almost makes me want to move again. Stop scrolling and hire this team, you will not regret it.

I will recommend this moving service to all our my DMV friends. They were responsive, attentive and efficient every step of the way and did a fantastic job at packing all of our belongings with professionalism and care. They were by far the best and easiest people to work with in our entire moving process.
