FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects not just the time I spend at your event, but the quality, preparation, and professionalism I bring to every job. Here’s what you should know: 1. Packages Are Customized Every event is different. I offer flexible packages for DJ services, photobooth services, or both—tailored to your event size, duration, and specific needs. 2. Transparent and Fair No hidden fees. I’ll give you a clear breakdown of what’s included: setup, travel, equipment, props, lighting, extra hours, etc. If something changes, I’ll keep you informed. 3. You’re Paying for More Than Just “Play Music” or “Take Pictures” You’re hiring someone who comes prepared with professional gear, backup equipment, custom playlists, photobooth design, and years of experience reading the crowd and keeping the energy right. 4. Payment Plans Are Available To make it easier, I offer payment plans for clients who book ahead. A deposit secures your date, and the balance is usually due before or on the event day. 5. Quality Over “Cheapest” I might not be the cheapest option, but I focus on giving you peace of mind, a great vibe, and unforgettable memories. And to me—that’s worth it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe great service starts with clear communication and a personal touch. Here’s how I usually work with new clients: 1. Initial Contact & Discovery We start with a quick chat—by phone, email, or message—to understand your event type, date, location, and the vibe you’re going for. 2. Consultation & Custom Quote Once I know what you need (DJ, photobooth, or both), I’ll offer a custom package and quote based on your event size, duration, and any add-ons like lighting or custom photo templates. 3. Booking & Deposit If you’re ready to lock it in, I’ll send a simple contract and request a deposit to secure your date. 4. Planning the Details We’ll go over music preferences, do-not-play lists, your event timeline, and photobooth customization (if needed). I’ll work with you or your planner to make sure everything flows smoothly. 5. Event Day Setup & Execution I arrive early to set up and test everything. During the event, I manage the music and photobooth so you can focus on enjoying your day. 6. Follow-Up After the event, I’ll share any digital photobooth photos and check in to make sure you were satisfied with the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Customer service While I didn’t go the traditional route of music school, my education came from hands-on experience, self-study, and constant practice. I started DJing in 2020 and have since spent countless hours learning the craft—everything from mixing techniques and crowd control to audio equipment setup and troubleshooting.
