Harry and Scott were both very nice and helpful. We had 2 locations in our HVAC and connecting pipes that were releasing gas. They had to come a few times during one day to fix the leaks. The situation was tough because WA GAs shut off the gas which made it difficult for Scott to check to see if there were any additional gas leaks than what WA Gas tagged. Though Harry and Scott had good intentions, they recommended we contact WA Gas to tell them the work was completed though at that point they were still waiting on a part to install. My husband and I know now that was a mistake. WA Gas came to inspect and said there was still a leak and refused to turn on the gas. Scott later installed the part that day. We were 36 hours without gas, heat, etc with a 20 month old toddler and a senior citizen with bad weather occurring outside/temperatures decreasing. We finally had WA Gas back to our house and they were going to fail us again because they still detected a gas leak. My husband tightened a pipe and thank goodness that was the issue. We felt like we were stuck in the middle of finger pointing between WA Gas and John C Flood. We had multiple lessons learned and just wanted to keep our family safe. We appreciated Scott and Harry trying to fix what they could in 1 day.

I had a outstanding/wonderful experience, unfortunately had a few issues nothing to do with J.C. Flood, was locked out of house, had waited for someone to bring front door keys, Jake came and was nice enough to wait until I gain access inside house. I received three difference estimates for gas furance to be installed in townhouse, can you believed one company estimate was over several thousands of dollars, same warranties, just more money. Setup time was made to install, tech came on time and job was completed within hours. GRATEFUL!!!, Already passed the word around to other friends and family of wonderful experiences I received from using J.C. Flood.....looking for my future salescommissions, lol

This is the most responsive plumbing company we've found within our geographical area. The staff are very friendly, responsive, highly skilled and professional and the quality of work is outstanding.There are several hallmarks regarding the service that stands out for me:1. Communications - The company follows up within several minutes after scheduling the appointment with an email and text acknowledging your time and day. Moreover, as an extra layer of security, the company sends out an email with the name and photo of the technician who will be providing your service;2. Weekends and weekdays are subjected to the same service rates. The company's rates may be a little higher than average overall but that allows them to have staff come out any day that works for your repair need. We've had a Sunday need in the past year and the service was flawless, and;3. Highly professional, skilled and courteous staff. Everyone we've had out over the past year have clearly communicated how they were going to resolve the issue and if any problems arose, offered clear plans/options for resolution.
