Malcholm is hands down the best videographer that I've worked with and I've worked with a lot. His passion, skill, and attention to detail puts him heads and shoulders above everyone else. After seeing the incredible portfolio online, i called Malcholm and we talked a couple times via phone to discuss my project. I was impressed with his perspective regsrding the filming of my event as well as his promptness in replying to my emails. On the day of the event, Malcholm arrived earlier that the job required to connect with me and to get perspective on where he would be able to capture the best footage. The day after the event, he had all of the recorded footage sent to me! The earliest that I have received my footage in the past was a week. Malcholm is the real deal. Working with Malcholm was pleasant, he's polite and professional, we simply had to tell him what we wanted and he'll taking care of all the video recording details so we didn't have to worry about, this is great since we had a lot of work to do during the conference and wouldn't have time to go through everything in minute detail during the conference. MJRvisuals we believe in communication and transparency Once a quote is provided and services agreed upon a contract is written and forwarded to the client for revel and signing. The contract is sent to ensure that we provide the exact details discussed and agreed upon. A contract ensures that. A deposit is then processed, online, and we provide the service. We normally give a 10 - 22 day turnaround on all deliverables but it can be faster if requested. As quick as 24 hours.

We actually refresh and train on software and equipment weekly as part of our workflow.
