Working with Malcholm was pleasant, he's polite and professional, we simply had to tell him what we wanted and he'll taking care of all the video recording details so we didn't have to worry about, this is great since we had a lot of work to do during the conference and wouldn't have time to go through everything in minute detail during the conference. Highly recommended.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MJRvisuals we believe in communication and transparency Once a quote is provided and services agreed upon a contract is written and forwarded to the client for revel and signing. The contract is sent to ensure that we provide the exact details discussed and agreed upon. A contract ensures that. A deposit is then processed, online, and we provide the service. We normally give a 10 - 22 day turnaround on all deliverables but it can be faster if requested. As quick as 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We actually refresh and train on software and equipment weekly as part of our workflow.
