WOW! All I can say is if you don’t use MjrVisuals for your videography event that you are depriving yourself of penultimate recording service. Professionalism off the chart. And Malchom, beyond professionalism, is extremely courteous and respectful. For my daughter’s wedding event, Malcolm arrived early, had a plan, and worked seamlessly to video that special occasion. And it should go without saying, that the final editing video will be treasured by all as the greatest gift of recollection that could possibly be had. Malcholm is hands down the best videographer that I've worked with and I've worked with a lot.
His passion, skill, and attention to detail puts him heads and shoulders above everyone else.
After seeing the incredible portfolio online, i called Malcholm and we talked a couple times via phone to discuss my project. I was impressed with his perspective regsrding the filming of my event as well as his promptness in replying to my emails.
On the day of the event, Malcholm arrived earlier that the job required to connect with me and to get perspective on where he would be able to capture the best footage.
The day after the event, he had all of the recorded footage sent to me! The earliest that I have received my footage in the past was a week.
Malcholm is the real deal. Saying he exceeded my expectations is an understatement.

I was looking (short notice) for a videographer who could do a documentary-style film for my family and capture the history of my family for future generations. I needed someone who had a depth of skill and talent. I turned to Thumbtack, never having used this platform before, and did a search. Mjr Visuals was one of the companies I reached out to and within a short amount time I received a response from Malcholm.
He was on the road that day but offered to speak to me about my project to hear more about wanted I to accomplish. After that conversation, I knew he was the right person for the job. He was enthusiastic from the beginning, treated the project as if he was filming his own family and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He is based in the DC/VA area but he drove to Philadelphia to film. He arrived early, stayed all day and he was extremely responsive leading up to the date and after during the editing process.
I am a tough critic with high standards and personal accountability is critical. The final product is of exceptional quality and I am very pleased. I not only highly recommend MjrVisuals and Malcholm but I hope to have an opportunity to work with this company again in a personal or professional capacity.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MJRvisuals we believe in communication and transparency Once a quote is provided and services agreed upon a contract is written and forwarded to the client for revel and signing. The contract is sent to ensure that we provide the exact details discussed and agreed upon. A contract ensures that. A deposit is then processed, online, and we provide the service. We normally give a 10 - 22 day turnaround on all deliverables but it can be faster if requested. As quick as 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We actually refresh and train on software and equipment weekly as part of our workflow.
