- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on guest count, menu selections, service style, delivery distance, staffing, rentals, and event details. Drop-off catering starts at a minimum order amount, while buffet setup and full-service events are quoted based on the level of service needed. We provide clear, customized proposals before confirming an event. Delivery, setup, service staff, rentals, and last-minute requests may have additional costs depending on the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by learning about your event date, location, guest count, budget, preferred food style, and dietary needs. Then we create a customized menu and proposal based on your event. Once the menu is approved, we confirm the details, collect the deposit, and coordinate delivery, setup, staffing, or service needs. Our goal is to make the process easy, organized, and stress-free from the first message through the end of your event.
