Carl is a great guy. He keeps you apprised of your computer's repair status, every step of the way, until he returns it to you. He takes as much time as required to investigate your computer's problems, and to explain its issues to you. He repairs the computer quickly, and gets it back to you. He is honest. His costs are reasonable. I will use his services again.

Carl was perfect. He came when he said he would, he swapped out my defective hard drive for a new one, he charged a very reasonable, moderate price, and he did it quickly, while chatting engagingly about computers and operating systems. He taught me some things while repairing my desktop PC,. On May 8 I emailed Carl and asked him for help again, this time to install a second hard drive on the same computer and for instruction in installing a second OS. He came to my house at the agreed time two days later. Installation of the second hard drive took minutes. Instruction in installing a Linux OS was slower (I'm a total neophyte) but was accomplished. I'm grateful to Carl and will call him the next time I have a PC issue. Thank you again, Carl!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tend to normally charge a flat rate for my services. I don't like to gouge my customers but I do need to make a profit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them what the nature of the problem they are having is. What make and model their computer is.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the A+ Certification and the Dell/Alienware Certifications.
